Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how Chakrellmrax handles cancellations, statutory withdrawal rights, and defective Micronexis shipments for consumers in the European Economic Area, with emphasis on Swedish market practice.
Right of withdrawal
When you purchase Micronexis as a consumer in a distance contract, you may have fourteen days to withdraw without giving a reason, starting the day after you receive the goods, unless an exception applies (for example sealed goods opened after delivery where hygiene or health protection is compromised—only if such an exception is legally valid for the specific product category).
How to exercise your rights
Email contact@chakrellmrax.world with your order reference, decision to withdraw, and return tracking when applicable. We confirm receipt within two business days when volumes allow.
Refunds and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier, unless we reasonably determine the product is damaged beyond ordinary inspection.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you may be responsible for direct return costs when disclosed before purchase in line with applicable law.
